I initially met Jennifer Sage, founder of the Indoor Cycling Association (ICA) on Twitter right after I had launched this Indoor Cycling Videos website at the end of February. Jennifer introduced me to Tom Scotto who, as a USA cycling elite level coach, is responsible for ICA’s education & technology. Among many other things Tom and Jennifer are recording educational classes for the members of their site to give new ideas and skills to instructors who aim to be at the top of their game.
